Sul sito ufficiale Arsene Wenger ammette di volere a tutti i costi riportare Carlos Vela, in prestito questa stagione all’osasuna, nella prima squadra l’anno prossimo.
“Abbiamo chiesto un permesso di lavoro per lui”, ha detto Wenger “Spero che possa essere in prima squadra nella prossima stagione.Carlos ha giocato tutta la stagione nell’ Osasuna sulla sinistra e ha dovuto lavorare sodo. Ma per me non è la sua posizione idueale, lui è un attaccante centrale, uno alla Eduardo”.
Sempre sul sito ufficiale lo stesso tecnico alsaziano difende Eboue per la deludente (a mio avviso deludente è un termine benevolo, sarebbe meglio dire catastrofica) stagione dell’ivoriano. Secondo il boss Ebouè è un giocatore fondamentale per la stabilità e l’equilibrio della squadra e nonostante non abbia segnato nemmeno un goal, aggiunge Wenger, il suo apporto nella zona offensiva è servito alla squadra.
Gael Clichy è pronto a rinnovare il suo contratto con i Gunners.
“Tutto sta andando per il meglio perchè la mia intenzione è chiara: Voglio restare all’Arsenal. Vorrei lasciare un ricordo importante qui come hanno fatto Viera o Henry.

You’re on, Wally! Vela is an interesting kind of striker, but i think he can show his skill even on the left side, as a winger! Anyway, Wengèr is right sayin that the Mexican is more capable as central forward, like Eduardo da Silva. In my opinion, we definitely need a real left winger, as Ben Arfa… It’s a relief to know that Clichy will extend his contract with the Club… He’s a fundamental player in that role…

Eboue a sinistra a centrocampo è inguardabile…ma questo è successo per i vari infortuni…dobbiamo comprare riserve a sinistra assolutamente vela è attaccante.
Io sono sempre stato dell’avviso che Ebouè sia un ottimo terzino di spinta, anche se Bac Sagna è difensivamente più bravo dell’ivoriano. Nonostante la sua velocità, chiamatemi pazzo, ma io Ebouè non ce lo vedo come esterno alto. A sinistra abbiamo bisogno di una vera ala, tipo Overmars, o più mezza punta (tipo Pires), che oltre a rifinire sappia anche concludere e assicurare alla squadra una decina di goal a stagione. Se facciamo un acquisto del genere, non possiamo che migliorare e incrementare le nostre chance di vittoria…
